In the morning everyone dines casually on the garden veranda. We offer Costa Rican coffee by 4:30 AM and fresh pastries as early as 6:30 A.M. A full-on breakfast begins by 6:30 and runs throughout the morning.
We always offer fresh squeezed orange juice and coconut water, platters of exotic fresh fruit, yogurt, our famous homemade granola, fresh baked goods (such as our legendary mango scones), and a daily main dish, such as huevos rancheros, Mexican eggs, House eggs (spinach, onion, sweet pepper), Omelettes, etc.. Beyond the speciality of the morning, we always offer the delicious and ubiquitous Costa Rican fare of pinto (rice and beans specially prepared with Salsa Lizano), and toast and eggs.
We serve breakfast when you want it…so sleep in or don’t, take a long hike, or laze on the beach…we are here to help you have a great vacation – you deserve it.
