As we are in the jungle, all ingredients are not always available; hence, changes may occur.  We operate on a Two Week Menu, so check with us to find out which week is which.  This is a buffet dinner served promptly at 7 P.M.  Seating is family style, which has proven to provide a dynamic arena for meeting other guests from around the world, hearing about each others’ lives and adventures while here on the Osa, and occasionally learning all sorts of incredible things such as basic nuclear physics or that guests sitting across the table escaped from a Communist country by swimming the Adriatic…. Meanwhile, our culinary goals are to design some of the most fabulous meals we can ~ please let us know how we are doing.  Pura Vida
