Mary Hart is a Master Yoga Teacher, who has been leading yoga retreats internationally and to the Osa Peninsula since 2001. Her yoga DVD, Iron Crow Power Yoga in Paradise was shot on location in Carate, CR. The creator of The Iron Crow Power Yoga Workout, the model and technical advisor for “Yoga Beats the Blues”, she has been featured in Yoga International Magazine. Mary teaches and resides on the north shore of Boston and is completing two books: “The Super Easy Detox Diet” and “ Wholey Guacamole! – A Kid Approved Guide to Clean Eating For Busy Moms”.
