Back again – our wonderful friend Matt Giordano. Matt has a spectacular practice, blog, and website (ranked in the Top 50 Yoga Teacher Blogs and Websites), and is an all-around great guy. Please join him here in paradise … And a few words and actions from Yogi Matt:
I am super excited to announce that my next retreat will be at my absolute favorite vacation spot: Iguana Lodge on the OSA peninsula. In all my travels I have yet to come across a location that tops this one. It is the perfect blend that provides you with a deep connection to the elements of nature, while providing you with accommodations that make you feel comfortable, and clean. The Food is prepared by a top notch chef who has dedicated the better part of his career to serving the guests at Iguana, and all the food is locally sourced.
If you haven’t been on a retreat with me personally, you can expect two things:
1. Deepening your practice of Yoga and Meditation
2. Rejuvenating your body and mind, leaving you feeling blessed out
Every retreat with me is an immersion: We practice twice a day (Morning, and Late Afternoon) and connect as a community with enriching conversations in the evening. The middle of the day is completely free to enjoy the beach, pool, surrounding nature, or go on any of the optional adventures that are available to you such as Horse Back Riding, Zip Lining, Nature Preserves, Water Fall Repelling, and Surf Lessons.
Early Bird Prices are now available through April but rooms are first come first serve. If you are someone who prefers either the Best private room, or economic choices be sure to sign up soon as those tend to sell out first!
